My kitchen can go from tidy to WTF in about 45 minutes flat. It’s ALMOST impressive (almost…)
We use our kitchen for everything from cooking to hanging out to art projects to eating. So, between all that and the fact that it’s the center room in our home, it’s constantly getting messy, cluttered, and just generally untidy. When a room is really untidy and feels totally out of control, I find it can be hard for me to know where to start. You kind of just look around and are like “nope…” But, I’ve also found it usually doesn’t take me as long to tidy these spaces as I think. So, I have broken down my kitchen cleaning routine into 7 simple steps to skip the feeling of overwhelm. I can just focus on one step at a time and within 30 minutes or less, my kitchen is always back to square one. The key is taking it one step at a time and not getting distracted by other steps along the way.
