They said my home was too small for a dining room…

We moved into a rental while we’ve been renovating our house and l’m determined to make it feel like home. The space is smaller but I wanted to create a dining nook under this window.

My inspiration is a cafe bistro seating and fortunately we already had all these furniture pieces so I just reimagined them in this space. I have a feeling that the view will be really pretty once the leaves start changing colours

Is any of this technically rental friendly decor? In my opinion it is because we’ll be patching these holes and painting them over. But to be sure, our superintendent visited our unit and his only comment was that we “sure have a lot of plants.”
