About The East Hampton Estate

This stunning property, listed by Sotheby’s International in 2013, is situated on over 2.1 acres of land. With a total of six bedrooms, nine baths, and a refreshing pool, it offers an ideal combination of luxury and comfort. If you’re fortunate enough to have the means, this could be the opportunity to turn your compound dreams into reality. The owner of the home (2013) is  Sandy Gallin—a renowned producer with an impressive portfolio of collaborations with icons like Mariah Carey and the legendary Michael Jackson. Interestingly, after an illustrious career in the music industry, Sandy transitioned into the world of design, starting with meticulously curating the interiors of his own residences.

The COCOCOZY Hamptons Compound

This little $24.5 million dollar compound in East Hampton got me thinking…I want a compound.  This one consists of a shingle-style main house and 4 outhouses.  Perfect.  Would give my mother the main house of course…would take one for me and mine…one for sis…then I might populate the rest with rotating family and friends.  The COCOCOZY Compound.  Coco’s Compound.  Compound de Coco.  Coco’s patch.  Do any of these work?

Timeless Hamptons-Style Bedroom Design: A Dreamy Coastal Retreat

Despite these photos being from 2013, this primary bedroom design remains a classic Hamptons design.  With a crispy white color palette and a coastal aesthetic that captivates the charm of the Hamptons, this space exudes timeless elegance. Maybe, I’ll revisit this blog again in 2033. Do you think this home style will last another ten years?

Coastal Primary Bathroom

The all-white bathroom needed some contrast. So the designer adds brass hardware. Throughout the room, there are mixtures of different metals and materials including bronze, brass, and chrome. It works so well!

The Hamptons Backyard

No backyard in the East Hamptons compound is complete without a pool. This home has an incredibly large pool, making it perfect for hosting summer parties and lavish outdoor dinner parties.

Happy Friday! Have a great holiday weekend. Does anyone have any exciting plans for the Fourth of July?
