Save the Presses: The Sentinel in Marfa, Texas

A novel solution to saving the local independent press: The Sentinel in Marfa, Texas, a hybrid coffee shop, restaurant, bar, and event venue supporting the area’s Big Bend Sentinel and Presidio International. Founded by NYC transplants Maisie Crow, a documentary filmmaker, and Max Kabat, a marketing veteran, the spot serves breakfast, lunch, cocktails, and offers an array of Marfa-related merchandise.
