This house is called “Twin Gable House” located in Sunnyvale, California. The property, originally known as Plan OJ-1605, has been renovated by multiple owners since its original construction. Ryan Leidner Architecture refurbished the 2,200-square-foot space for a family of four with white interiors and an open floor layout. He focused on creating a beautiful and minimal space that is functional for a Californian family.

Mid-Century Home Design
The home renovation removed many layers. Ryan Leidner, the architect, prioritized the pristine minimalism of the original home. He removed the original shag carpet, mirrored walls, and outdated cabinetry. Leidner added exposed wood ceilings and beams. large sliding glass doors, and Carrara marble. He wanted to include a minimalistic interior design style. And an indoor-outdoor floor layout to highlight the beautiful landscaping outside. The home has so much greenery. Why not show it off?
