It seems a little premature to start holiday shopping. However, waiting for it to get closer to the holiday will only make it more difficult. There will be fewer items available and most of the stylish and high-quality items will be sold out. By the time Thanksgiving rolls around, Christmas decor will already be on display. It’s better to start buying festive table decor as early as possible to design the perfect tablescape without stress.

Don’t forget to prioritize organization for the holidays this year. The chaos of holiday shopping including gifts and decorations can become overwhelming.  Take inventory of decorations that are already at home. That will reduce overbuying while shopping in stores. Get rid of old decorations and broken items that haven’t been used in years. This will reduce the clutter at home and make holiday organization so much more efficient.

To store holiday decorations, buy large container bins and smaller bins that can be easily packed away at home. Clear bins are easier to organize since the decorations can be seen without opening the box. However, using label makers or just a marker to label bins will help improve the holiday process.
