The original bathroom was covered in dark outdated tile. Samuel didn’t like the placement of the toilet so she decided to move it to the other side. The bathroom desperately needed storage and better lighting. Samuel replaced the tile with clean white marble and added unique tile flooring inspired by old New York City tiles. One of the challenges was finding a place for the bathtub. How can you have a luxury marble bathroom without a tub? So they decided to have the tub inside the large walk-in shower.
The bathroom has a timeless feel but also has a modern and glamorous aesthetic. The vanity features Arabescato marble and an Apparatus sconce to help give the illusion of natural light in a small primary bathroom. I love a bathroom makeover. Let me know what you think in the comments.
