Hello everyone and welcome back to my channel! Today we will be looking at different, yet trending decor styles for the master bedroom. The first style that we will focus on is what I would call the Organic Master Bedroom, which incorporates round accent chairs, and round decorative objects which offer a soft and warm feel to a room. These rounded edges, add softness and create an effortless flow. Additionally, these pieces make a huge statement and are often the focal point of any space. No matter where you put the round-edged pieces, they are bound to be a conversation starter!
The second Style that we will focus on is the infinity Headboard/Wall which stretches behind the entire bed and nightstands and becomes more of an accent/centerpiece for the bedroom. The headboard is an obvious focal point of a bedroom and the perfect way to make a dramatic first impression. Therefore, you can play with size, shape, color, pattern, or all of the above. The third bedroom that we will focus on is the asymmetrical bedroom which implies that not everything in the room is mirrored. Different light fixtures can be on display on opposite nightstands for example, or even different nightstands can be placed on either side of the bed. Asymmetrical designs are all about bending the rules, and the asymmetrical bed trend is a key example!
Another favorite of mine is the Curtain Effect. By hanging a floor-to-ceiling curtain behind your headboard creates a flow and uniqueness to the space.
Mixing Textures is also a very creative and fun way to decorate your bedroom. Think mixing velvets, linens & cotton. The ability to add your own personality and style into your space is very important and it will certainly bring happiness to your surroundings. The last trend we touch upon is called The Warm Neutral Bedroom. This type of bedroom, as the name suggests, incorporates warm neutral colors across all aspects of the bedroom. From paint colors to rug colors, to the upholstery, and more. Warm neutral colors in 2021 are perfect for the bedroom as they create a space where one can recharge, relax and feel comfortable!
