How I Whitewashed a Dining Room Table

In this video, I show you how to whitewash a dining room table. There are a number of ways you can whitewash wood furniture, but keep in mind this project can be challenging.

I decided to apply a wood stain and then apply a water/paint mix. I washed it with a rag, but I didn’t love the results. Instead of wiping the paint, I let the washed paint dry, and then I sanded to get the washed look I was looking for. In the end, I think the table turned out pretty cool! I hope you enjoy the process.
