SOUP RECIPE:
-Wash and cut about 10 potatoes. Add them to a pot, cover them with water and boil until soft..
-Cook your ground pork in your soup pot with diced onions and seasonings (salt, pepper, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, thyme)
-Add a chunk of butter to the cooked pork, and then sprinkle on a 1/4 cup of flour. Stir. Slowly add about half your box of chicken broth stirring constantly. Then slowly add 2 cups of milk.
-Add in Corn & Spinach and let that simmer and cook for a few minutes before adding remaining chicken broth.
-Add your cooked potatoes to the soup, and mash half of the potatoes in the soup. Let simmer a few more minutes..
-Cream cheese is optional, but you can now add about a quarter or half block of cream cheese.
Serve and enjoy! (great with sourdough bread)
